Crafted in Devon by founder Tahimoana Grant-Sturgis—a former Chef and whose name means ‘one with the Ocean’ it’s not surprising that JAMU’s mission is guided by the principles of environmental stewardship and the belief that nature holds everything we and the planet needs to flourish. Raised in the lush landscapes of Aotearoa New Zealand, Tahi is passionate about the outdoors and our broader connection to the natural world.

I’m Nicola, a passionate chocolate maker and educator, former primary school teacher and mum, crafting handmade bean-to-bar chocolate from my small chocolate factory in Exeter. For years, I’ve been obsessed with the journey of cacao - from the farmers who grow it to the rich, complex flavours it holds. After leaving the classroom in 2017, my fascination with chocolate took me on a whole new learning journey. I trained as a chocolate taster with the International Institute of Chocolate and Cacao Tasting (IICCT), developing my expertise in fine-flavour cacao and ethical sourcing. Over lockdown, I turned my passion into a craft, and by 2021 it became a business - winning multiple awards for my chocolate along the way. Previously known as Exe Chocolate, I rebranded to Nicola’s to bring my love for craft chocolate even closer to home. By putting my name on every bar, I’m making a promise: that each piece is made with care, integrity, and a deep respect for the craft.

Purely Nourishing is a wellbeing business supporting people to feel happy, healthy and nourished. I am a former NHS paediatric nurse and now qualified nutritionist; my business blends evidence-based nutrition with a real-life understanding of health and wellbeing. Purely Nourishing takes a gentle, inclusive approach, focusing on gut health, hormones, stress, sleep and everyday nourishment without restriction or perfection. I make and sell a range of products designed support a robust gut microbiome, which is great for mental and physical health - especially aiding restful sleep and boosting energy levels.

Wild Rising Skincare is a small, independently owned, Devon-based, family-run skincare business created from a desire for simple, honest products that truly support the skin. Founded following the loss of the founder’s mum and a personal search for gentle, effective formulations, the Devon brand is built on the belief that skincare should be intentional, nourishing, and made with care, using natural and organic ingredients.
